Following the redesign of Microsoft’s automatic replies function, I conducted a heuristic evaluation to assess the usability and overall effectiveness of the new design, focusing on key aspects such as system feedback, user control, error prevention, and aesthetic consistency.

The goal of this assessment was to identify strengths and potential usability issues within the redesigned interface, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and enhances the user experience. By systematically reviewing the interface against established usability principles, I was able to pinpoint areas for improvement and validate the effectiveness of the redesign.
